Depending on the type of product you order, the production time will range from 2 to 6 business days. During the holiday season, it may increase by 2-3 business days.

Once the shipping label is created which means your order is getting ready to ship. You will receive an email notification when the tracking number is updated.
Our orders are processed according to a certain system, so it is difficult to change any individual order.

We ship to Continental United States destinations via UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service.
We do ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Hawaii.
We can ship to Canada. Please email us for the shipping quote. Shipping quotes are based on the size and weight of your shipment.
- No, we cannot expedite orders at this time. They are all printed on demand especially for each customer in the order they are received.
- Domestic shipping times are currently within 2-6 business days. Times may vary during holidays and when we are receiving large order volumes. Also, USPS has announced they are experiencing unprecedented volume in addition to short staff due to Covid-19. Please note that once the package has left the building, we have no control over carrier delays.
We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard) and Paypal.
If you’re a caveperson without a credit card or Paypal and would like to pay via cash, check, or money order, please contact us for assistance. Note, we do not accept phone orders.
When the information from the shipping company shows that your package has been delivered but you still have not received it. Please thoroughly check the area around your area and go to your local post office to inquire about it (there are cases where the goods are held there).
If you still can’t find it after checking as above, please contact us to get it resolved.
We’d really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you, let you know about its status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you.
Feel free to contact us if you face any issues due to the delivery time. We’ll be more than happy to assist you.
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to us here along with your order number. If the item(s) delivered to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
For all apparel, it is best to wash items inside-out and with cold water. Hang dry if possible. It’s better for your clothes (and the environment), but you can dry them in the dryer.
For mugs they are dishwasher safe.
We proudly stand behind all the products we sell. In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your product, please contact me as soon as possible to get it resolved.
Our products are made to order, so if the error is caused by you, we do not accept exchanges or returns.
*Any orders of 2 or more pieces of apparel may not be returned so if you are unsure of the fit of our tees we highly recommend purchasing a single tee first.
